Åh! Har ni hört - eller kanske sett med egna ögon - att det är ett blåbärsår i år!! Tänk att något så gott också är nyttigt!! Oj, nu lät jag lite hemkunskapslärarinne-käck... Men blåbär är ju toppen. Julie. Vad roligt att höra av dig :-) Blåbär i frysen är ju toppen... Jag gör ofta smoothies - gott och mättande, blandar frysta blåbär med havremjölk, lite linfrön och banan.
