Det blir inte alltid som man tänkt sig...men tack och lov kan det bli bra i alla fall!! Vår lille son kom till världen i mitten av april i stället för i juni som det var planerat. Vi fick vara kvar 3 veckor på underbara neonatalen på Danderys sjukhus. På avdelning 21 har de sk samvård vilket innebär att vi fick bo kvar och ta hand om honom tillsammans med personalen. Det är helt fantastisk personal där och vi fick fin hjälp och bra stöd när vi lite plötsligt blev föräldrar.
Nu är vi hemma och lille mannen växer så det knakar. Det är en overkligt underbar känsla att hålla honom i famnen. För tidigt födda barn är än mer än fullgångna barn beroende av nära kontakt så han ligger långa stunder på våra bröstkorgar och det är total avkoppling...

Our son arrived mid April instead of early June...! Now we have a tiny little boy to look after. We are all doing fine and he is growing quickly. It is a wonderful feeling to hold him... We stayed in hospital his first three weeks and received great support from the wonderful nurses and doctors there.

Men åh va roligt, stort grattis! Och visst är det härligt att det kan gå så bra ändå...? Min kollega fick sin dotter nästan 3 månader för tidigt, och den tjejen är nu över ett år gammal och pigg som bara den!
